The world of HERBGARDEN is a happy place of a few connected realms where the people live in peace.
The lord of stillness, STDILL, is unhappy with the fact that TIME is not STILL. It sets out on a crusade to destabalize the flow of time in various regions of the world by ensorcering the crucial trees that protect the flow of time, the THYME trees with the power of the goddess ANGELICA, The player, who is gifted the power of THYME by the goddess to save the world of HERBGARDEN, needs to restore the trees to proper condition before the timeline is irreparably damaged, and time slows to a halt.
Out of Thyme is a single-player platformer game featuring a player-controlled character and their time-controlling thyme. Interact with the world by throwing the time-controlling thyme at objects to “rewind” their effects/state (e.g throwing thyme at a projectile to reverse its motion)!
